LOGAN REVIEW (spoiler free)

Logan Review!(Spoiler Free)
By Corey Floyd

For the past seventeen years, Hugh Jackman, an actor most commonly known for his stage work at the time, took on a role of the comic book character known as Wolverine. The popularity of the character let alone the comic book movie genre had been born. Many things have come and gone for example Toby McGwire, Andrew Garfield, now Tom Holland all spidermen as Jackman continued as Wolverine. Patrick Stewart has been along for the ride as well as Professor X and has already passed the Torch to James Mcavoy. He has shown a great love and respect for the character over the years. I only wish the screenwriters did as well we wouldn't have been scratching our heads from his last two single outings and now he leaves us with his final portrayal of the character in a dark dramatic performance that is Logan. Logan takes place just a few years after the happy ending of Days of future past where it seemed like everything would be okay. But something has gone terribly wrong. If you are familiar with the comic book Old man Logan you will notice they used that character arc to an extent. This at no point it its two hour plus run time felt like a comic book movie. It felt like a western to be honest. Logan is a mixture of Kurt Russell’s Wyatt Earp and Val Kilmer’s Doc Holliday from Tombstone.I don’t wanna give away too much but I can say this Logan is a heavily detailed character and according to all his films he is 197 years old and spent over a century at war. What you see is the detrimental damage of all of that in the character. This movie has so much drama and action that it truly is a rollercoaster. I can honestly say this is a Oscar worthy performance from Jackman and Stewart. This movie has a R rating. Thanks to our good buddy Deadpool who prove it can be done and still make $$$$. Wolverines violence has been toned down in all the other movies because of the children and Jackman really wanted to go all out for this one. Even when Fox said he would have to take a pay cut for it to be rated R he was not phased by it he wanted the story to be told as it should angry, violent , and  bloody. I enjoyed this very much I hope everyone goes out to see it. Oh wait! There is NO bonus scene after the credits!!!! They show you something before the movie no clues.
LOGAN GRADE: A

A New Def Jam game maybe? Roster Ideas by Corey Floyd

over the past month or so DefJam has been throwing some hints that they might make another fighting game. About two console generations ago (ps2, Xbox, GC) there was a game from EA BIG called Def Jam Vendetta. It was a wrestling style game but with hip-hop artists. DMX would literally kick your ass. Redman & Method Man was the best (and still are) tag team ever. It was a hit !! The follow-up fight for NY was a great sequel with even more artists in fighting form. Then the third one was garbage, hot garbage simmering in garbage juice. It bombed hard. Now it looks like we might get another. Bosslogic even came up with a title. Today I'm gonna come up with who should be in it. Some old, some new, some more gals, and some new dudes. 1. Missy Elliot Missy Elliot has been in the game for a long time. Somehow despite all of her hits, she has never been given the title of queen of hip-hop. In the game, she could be the queen of mean. Give her a footing style that matc

Scissor Seven on Netflix Stream or Skip

STREAM OR SKIP?   Scissor Seven is a Chinese animated series that was streamed in 2018 with the name of Killer Seven. As soon as Netflix streamed this show at the start of 2020, it became a hit globally! With the increasing popularity of Anime, Netflix has created a whole Anime library for anime fans. Scissor Seven is the first Chinese anime being streamed on Netflix. It’s a serious debate on whether to call it an anime or not, but I won’t get into that discussion for now.   Why Should You Watch Scissor Seven? If I needed to coat only a single thing in the list of why you should be watching it that would be the COMEDY! It is hilarious! Seven might not be the best killer, but that Goofy-head is the best entertainer for sure! It is a hilarious satire on the whole hero business, as we can how Seven is nothing but a Professional Goof! Scissors is his ultimate weapon on which he uses his telekinetic abilities. Every Hero needs a sidekick, here our sidekick is an angry bird with
